Investing in tourism opens great success opportunities in Panama.

For the purpose of promoting tourism in all of the national territory, Panama offers interesting incentives to foreign investors who develop activities related to the hospitality sector. The activities that benefit are regulated mainly by Law No. 80 of November, 2012 that defines the incentives that foreign investment receives, as well as other complementary laws.
